The Barefoot Botanicals team would like to thank you for visiting our website and
buying our products. You can be assured that this is a secure site, your personal

Shipping Policy
We aim to despatch web orders within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally, in cases
of stock shortage, fulfillment of your order may take longer. For all queries about
delivery please contact us at our office. Please remember to quote
your order number.
Shipping Charges (applies to Web orders only)
- Standard (UK orders only): £3.95.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class service which are normally delivered
within 1-2 working days. However, in exceptional cases please allow up to 14 days
for delivery (especially at busy times like Christmas).
- Express (UK orders only): £9.95. For next working
day delivery (orders must be received before 4pm Monday-Friday; no delivery on Saturday
or Sunday). A signature will be required on delivery.
- Airmail* (Non UK orders only): Calculated according
to destination and weight. This option offers a safe, efficient and economical shipping
method (via Swiss Post registered; 2-4 working days Europe; 4-6 working days rest
of world). A signature will be required on delivery.
- Express Air Courier* (non UK orders only):
RECOMMENDED. Calculated according to destination and weight. This is a
fast, fully guaranteed and tracked courier service. Delivery times are usually considerably
faster than standard airmail and in some cases costs are roughly equivalent. A signature
will be required on delivery.
*The prices payable for goods are as set out in the web site, exclusive of any duties
and local taxes. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible
for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay
extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
VAT
UK VAT is included in retail prices at 17.5%. We are unable to offer a VAT refund service for ex-UK orders placed on this website.
Guarantee & returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund
or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend
that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange
with your returned products and send it to: Barefoot Botanicals, Station house,
18a Clermont Rd, Brighton, BN1 6SG England.
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods.
If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we
will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you
will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
